I know how it feels
I didn't start out as a confident speaker. I was a shy introvert, the person who would rather not be asked a question in a meeting.
I joined a public speaking club, kept getting up to speak, and kept getting better. I went on to win five regional public speaking championships, and took first place in a humorous speech contest along the way.
Along the way I moved into leadership roles and ended up directing 200 clubs with 4,000 members between them. That gave me a front-row seat to how thousands of people build their confidence as speakers, and what actually makes the difference.
Busy people with something important to say
Most of my clients are mid-to-senior managers, directors and entrepreneurs, plenty of them in finance and fintech. They're good at their jobs but feel unheard by senior leadership, or they freeze when they have to present or take questions.
They tend to be busy people who don't have time for a weekly speaking club. What they want is focused drilling for a particular occasion, such as a webinar, an interview or a pitch, so that's how I work.
I also work with non-native English speakers who want to speak clearly and with authority, without worrying about having a perfect accent.
